This website processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies in the Republic of Cyprus.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Shopify"). When you visit the site, Shopify automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, browser type, pages visited) in server log files to deliver the website securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functional website). Shopify may transfer data to countries outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards. 3. Cookies, consent & local storage

We only use technically necessary storage by default: your language choice ("rbn-lang") and your cookie decision ("rbn-consent") are stored in your browser's local storage. Statistics or marketing cookies are only set after your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

4. Contact & reservation form

If you send a request via our form, we process the data you enter (name, email, phone, requested date/time, message) to handle your reservation or enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps). The form is technically processed by Formspree Inc., 228 Park Ave S, PMB 22185, New York, NY 10003, USA, which receives and forwards the form contents to us by email. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. Details: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We keep request emails no longer than needed for handling and statutory retention.

5. Google Fonts

This website loads the fonts "Alfa Slab One", "Alegreya" and "Inter" from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When loading fonts, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (uniform, attractive presentation). Details: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. External images & links

Some photos are loaded from Google's content servers (googleusercontent.com) and Unsplash (images.unsplash.com); when they load, those servers receive your IP address. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Foody lead to external services with their own privacy policies — data is only processed there once you follow the link.
